Before joining WFSB-TV, Caitlin worked at WDBJ in Roanoke, Va. where she served as weekend anchor for three years, from Sep 2016 to Oct 2019. During her time there, she acted as a special projects manager, and led in-depth specials, including the opioid crisis and cancer, in addition to famous series called “Hometown Adventures,” “Caitlin Can,” and “Lake Life.”
Before joining WDBJ-TV, Caitlin reported for two and a half years, from Sep 2013 to Feb 2016, as a morning anchor at WDVM (formerly WHAG) in Hagerstown, Md. During her time there, she earned a Virginia Association of Broadcasters honor for anchoring special winter weather coverage, and a VAB for best public service. Prior to WDVM, Caitlin worked for WJET in Erie, Pa. from Washington, D.C. as part of a six-week capstone program, and interned for news organizations such as the WGGB in Springfield, MA, and Hartford Courant.
