Mason started his journalism profession during his sophomore year of high school and his love for sports broadcasting led him to Local4.
He was also an established multimedia sports reporter and broadcaster in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Mason also acted as the Deputy Editor for Sports Illustrated’s Arizona Cardinals site, AllCardinals. He concurrently operated as a multimedia journalist encircling Arizona State basketball, football, and recruiting for Sun Devil Source on the CBS Digital owned/operated 247Sports Network.
Mason also served as the host of “The Smart Play” Radio Show that circulated on KDUS AM 1060, an SB Nation Radio affiliate in Phoenix, and expended time reporting on the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks as an extension of this show.
