Before joining WGN, Ana consumed nine years at Univision, commencing as a general assignment reporter in the Chicago affiliate WGBO and operating her way up to network correspondent for Univision’s national morning show situated in New York. While at Univision, Ana was appointed for an Emmy for her reporting series “Ana Lo Hace,” in which she performed a few careers held by Hispanics in Chicago. While in Chicago, Ana also served as a weekend anchor and general assignment reporter. Ana is a four-time Emmy nominee and three-time Emmy winner.
