He was raised in Arlington, TX, where he found his love for sports early on. Growing up, he recreated baseball and dreamed of becoming an experienced baseball player someday. Following high school, he obtained a scholarship to play baseball at Beloit College in Wisconsin. While there, Joe entered the Sigma Chi Fraternity, a conclusion he says was the best he made in college. The next day, court documents state the woman reported to the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department that she had received a Menacing email. Investigators state Joe threatened to kill her and suggested that the lady kill herself, where the judge signed an arrest warrant charging Joe with terroristic threats and two counts of intimidation by electronic communication.
