Morgan wanted to be a journalist since she would watch Katie Couric on the Today Show with her mother before school. Her profession commenced as a multimedia journalist in Madison, WI. She braved the Badger fans and Packers for four years prior to taking a reporter/fill-in anchor job in Salt Lake City, UT. During the pandemic in 2020, Morgan moved cross country, and loved every moment of living in the mountains, including conquering Angels Landing and the Narrows!
Morgan earned an Emmy for her live winter weather reporting and has twelve other nominations. She also was the recipient of two Edward R. Murrow Regional Awards for writing and photography.
When she is not in the station, Morgan loves spending time with her family and dog, Ralphy. She is adventurous and active and enjoys golfing, skiing, fitness, and trying out new coffee shops/restaurants/breweries.
