Frost was born and raised to parents in the United Kingdom. He is the son of middle son of the late Sir David Frost and Lady Carina Fitzlan-Howard, daughter of the 17th Duke of Norfolk. His late dad is a celebrated television interviewer and U.K. national treasure.

He came to CNBC in 2014 as co-anchor of “Worldwide Exchange” in London and transferred to the U.S. when the program started broadcasting from CNBC Global Headquarters in 2015.

Wilfred also co-founded The Miles Frost Fund in collaboration with the British Heart Foundation in 2016, which assignments to raise awareness and funds for inherited heart conditions.
