He began rapping at the age of 14. The Rapper broke into the professional music world in April 2011 with the release of his mixtape “December 17th.”
The mixtape was included in Complex magazine’s The 25 Best Mixtapes of 2011. It included the songs Bussin, Waka Flocka Flame, and Trae Tha Truth.
Mariel was taken in by Complex in their list of 15 New Rappers To Watch Out For in August 2011. He was also included in XXL Magazine’s list of 15 Atlanta Rappers You Should Know in 2013.
Trouble appeared on rapper YFN Lucci’s single “Key to the Streets,” in 2016 which peaked at number 70 on the Billboard Hot 100. After that, Mariel released another pair of studio albums, Edgewood (2018) and Thug Love (2020). Later, he signed with his label Ear Drummer Records and Mike WiLL Made-It.

Trouble DTE Death
Trouble, born Mariel Semonte Orr, died in a 3:20 a.m. home attack at Lake St. James Apartments in Conyers, about 25 miles east of Atlanta, Rockdale County Sheriff’s spokesperson Jedidia Canty said at a news conference Sunday.
According to certain sources, he was inside his vehicle when he was shot several times and killed in Atlanta, Georgia. His ex, Alexis Sky, confirmed that Mariel was killed when he was visiting his companion on Saturday night ( June 4th).

A suspect, identified as Jamichael Jones, 33, of Atlanta, was being sought on warrants based on allegations of murder, aggravated assault, and home invasion.
Jones, the suspect, was engaged in a “domestic situation” with the woman Trouble was visiting, and he and Trouble did not know each other.
The suspect apparently intruded on the woman’s residence and opened fire, striking Trouble in the chest once. However, he was pronounced dead on the spot.
The lady, who was not identified, was not described as injured.
