Stefani operates as Siena’s “mom-A-ger” dealing with the business side of her profession.

Schaefer works as a morning and noon anchor/reporter at WJW-TV FOX 8 News in Cleveland, Ohio. She first landed the Fox 8 family in 1992 as an anchor/reporter for Good Day Cleveland. In 2006, Stefani anchored a national network show that was aired out of Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. On 2008 September 14th, she was inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
For over 20 years, Stefani taught dance and voice at her family’s performing arts center in Alliance, Ohio. She is still passionate about music, and remains active today, singing the National Anthem for the professional teams on the West Coast and Cleveland sports teams. From 1979 to 1989, Stefani and her brother, Thommie, a recording artist in California, toured the country with the Bob Hope USO Troupe.
In 1983, she and her brother had their own show at Geauga Lake Amusement Park, where they danced, sang, and played eight different musical instruments. The brother-sister duo was also the opening act for Barbara Mandrell, Chubby Checker, The Oak Ridge Boys, and Alabama.
In 1989, Stefani received the Ohio Governor’s Choice Award and was also Ohio’s Junior Miss / Ohio’s Young Woman of the Year in the same year. Stefani has been very engaged in the festivities surrounding the Professional Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
Since she was fifteen years old, she has performed the opening and closing songs for the Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremonies and sung the National Anthem for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game.
Besides hosting other festivities and the fashion show, the journalist hosted the Hall of Fame Parade national broadcast with Dan Dierdorf for more than 2 decades. While attending the University, she acted as a National Collegiate Academic Honoree and an All-American Scholar.
Stefani has also been on the cover of Cleveland Magazine’s Millennium issue emphasizing Cleveland’s Most Interesting People of 2000. She was also on the cover for “Celebrity Homes” and “Celebrity Working Moms.”
