Wilfred is from a well-known family as his parents are Lady Carina Fitzalan-Howard, the daughter of Miles Fitzalan-Haward, who was the 17th Duke of Norfolk, and David Frost, a British journalist, writer, and comedian. He did his degree in politics, economics, and philosophy at the University of Oxford.
When he was done with school, he started working for Newton Investment Management in London. He was there for 5 years. Wilfred then left his job and went to pursue his career in media. He then joined CNBC as a co-anchor on the show Worldwide Exchange.
